Hertz HCP 5MD five-channel marine amplifier, 1500 Watt maximum power, is suitable for a five-channel system with subwoofer, or three front channels plus sunwoofer using the integrated front and rear filters which also include a bass amplifier circuit and a filter subsonic.

1. Designed and tested for the marine environment (resistant to UV rays, salt fog, vibration, high / low temperature, thermal shock, dust).

5. 24 dB (50 - 500 Hz) adjustable Lo-Pass subwoofer filter.

6. SUBSONIC filter (24 dB - 25 Hz), removes very low subsonic frequencies from music signal to avoid damage to the subwoofer.

7. 5 ch / 3 ch operation mode (selectable), to create a five-channel system (with sub), or a powerful front sub + three-channel system.

8. Bass Boost adjustable by selector, for more punch from the speakers.

9. Special balanced input circuit to reject electromagnetic disturbances.

10. Hi-level and lo-level inputs compatible with any source.

11. Short circuit and thermal protection with automatic reset.

12. Optional remote volume control (HRC); provides the ability to adjust the subwoofer volume level from the dashboard.
