Hertz CPX 165 pair of two-way 16.5cm coaxials Series Cento Pro

 The CPX 165 coaxials have Tetolon dome tweeters and the Neodymium magnet has exceptional off-axis dispersion and frequency extension characteristics for an airy and detailed sound.

 Radial Venting System technology ensures optimal cooling of the coil thanks to the eight holes located at the base of the motor that allow the exchange of air with the support of the tweeter. This acts as a rear chamber, sized for low Fs, to ensure a natural mid range and allow a low crossover frequency with the woofer.
The pressed paper cone and the butyl rubber suspension offer an extended response at the bottom and an excellent punch.

The basket with Mille-inspired design has a magnet coated with protective damping rubber.
The grill, available as an option, is made up of a resistant high-resistance ABS frame and a protective metal mesh.

Characteristics of the CPX 165 coaxials:

1. Soft dome tweeter in Tetolon fiber with 20 mm mobile coil cooled with ferrofluid, for extended and natural high frequencies.
2. Radial Venting System technology with eight ventilation holes for optimal coil cooling and a natural mid range obtained from the low Fs of the tweeter, thanks to the exchange of air with the support which acts like a large chamber of agreement.
3. 25mm diameter pure copper coil to guarantee high excursions.
4. Pressed paper cone with geometry optimized with FEM technique, it combines rigidity and lightness for a colorless sound.
5. High flux density ferrite magnet combined with low carbon polar plates for less distortion at high power levels.
6. Compact and transparent 3-spoke basket acoustically combined with a magnet cover in anti-vibration rubber for total damping of spurious vibrations.
7. Elegant grill with structure in high resistance ABS plastic with combined metallic finish
