Audison APBX 10 S4S 25cm subwoofer in closed enclosure, ideal to be driven by the new AP F8.9 bit using two channels connected in parallel.

Box designed to house the single APS 10 S4S subwoofer with 4Ω coil, offers an ultra-performing Plug & Play solution that boasts all the features that make divers in the Prima series speakers unique, such as the SSP (Sub Smart Plug) terminal block for a quick connection without room for errors.

Audison APBX 10 S4S main features

• Ultra-low profile box (5.6 inches / 142 mm) with perfectly tuned sealed design to take full advantage of the APS 10 D driver.
• The 2S² design (2 sides / 2 sounds) offers the possibility to choose between Down-Firing which mounts to increase the low frequency extension and Up-Firing install to obtain more punch and definition.
• Leveling feet with velcro inserts included for a secure grip with the carpet while maintaining easy removal.
• SSP (Sub Smart Plug) features both traditional push contacts and a Plug - & - Play terminal block to easily configure impedance as required and provides quick release.
• The rounded corners allow for easy positioning in the trunk and act as reinforcement to reduce cabinet resonance.
• Geometry of the dust cover with special design that guarantees a long linear excursion (11 mm, one way).
• Massive driver motor assembly, optimized with FEM (Finite Element Modeling) for perfect control in high excursion.
• 10 inch water repellent treated paper cone with profile developed with FEM simulation and optimized with Klippel.
• Specifically developed to be combined with AP F8.9 bit (2 CH bridged - 260 W RMS) amplifiers that take advantage of the low boost function and integrated parametric equalizer of the integrated DSP.
• Sturdy metal grill included for total subwoofer driver protection.
